Additional Terms and Conditions

  • Admission is sought at your own interest and discretion.
  • The institute is not responsible for any accidents or incidents involving you, inside or outside its premises.
  • Misconduct, misuse of mobile phones/internet, or engaging in illegal or indecent activities can lead to rustication.
  • The institute may use your name, photo, and details for publicity if you succeed in exams like Medical/Engineering Entrance, NTSE, or Olympiads.
  • The institute reserves the right to publish your exam results on various platforms (websites, social media, etc.).
  • You agree to receive communication via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or postal mail from the institute
  • You have read and agree to the instructions provided in the Information Bulletin or online.
  • Refunds are only applicable once the fee is credited to the institute’s bank account, as per refund policies.
  • Students must carry their issued ID card daily.
  • Absence for more than 15 consecutive days without prior written notice will result in expulsion, with no fee refund.
  • Any change in address must be promptly communicated to the office.
  • The institute may assist in arranging conveyance, but the responsibility lies with students/parents.
  • Students receiving a 75% or higher scholarship must pay a non-refundable fee of ₹15,000 for the study kit.
  • Enrollment and payment are final, with no modifications or refunds allowed post-payment.
  • Legal disputes, if any, fall under the jurisdiction of Kota, Rajasthan.

Enrollment in our courses requires accurate personal information and payment of applicable fees. Please note that fees once paid are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify course details, schedules, or fees, and any significant changes will be communicated to participants in advance.
